Friday task.

 Hello readers. This Friday has been very busy. My teacher set out tasks out to the class called disconnect Fridays. there were lots of tasks such as build your own lego garden, write a short tale of a creature, and many more. I wrote a short tale of a mythical creature that I made up. I hope you enjoy it!

I was in the woods looking for my friend that had been lost while we were playing hide and seek. I followed a footprint trail thinking it was his. About 10 minutes later, I saw something that looked like slime. But I kept looking. Then I heard screaming. I ran as fast as could to where the screaming was. I ended up at a large goopy swamp. I then heard the screaming again, but this time it was in the swamp. So I decided to jump into the swamp to save my friend. Then I saw a huge figure coming at me. It was some sort of slime monster. Then I realized that it was the mythical creature Acid-ooze. If you touch it slime you will melt because it's made out of acid. The huge monster jumped on me and I started to melt. This is why you should never go into swamps...

Term 2 reflections

Hi everyone. This week my class had to finish off the work we hadn't finished. It has been such a busy term. My class did matariki stars, the school disco, cross country, zones ( if you come top 5 in cross country you go to zones) maths: measurement, reading: Tupaia who discovered Newzealand with James cook, and many more. But I have focused on writing. I have finished off the dragon slides and finished the wizard writing. This is mine. 

The blessing of the sails

 Hi everyone! I'm back with another post! Today was a special day. Today we had a blessing of the sails. In area one we have a big shade (also known as the sails) over the turf and it is finally open!
